The Company
How We Got Here
New Pointe Builders was started in 2004 by Marcus Tillman, a third-generation builder who grew up watching his grandfather frame houses in rural Georgia. After spending a decade working for large regional contractors, Marcus saw a gap: homeowners were being treated like line items, not clients.
He started New Pointe with two crews, a pickup truck, and a commitment to answering the phone. Twenty years later, we've built over 300 homes and completed hundreds of renovations across four states — and we still answer the phone.
Today, New Pointe operates with a team of 40+ licensed tradespeople, project managers, and design consultants. We're big enough to handle complex builds, small enough to care about every detail.
Every house we build is someone's home. That's not a small thing — and we don't treat it like one.
